I'm currently working on a school project where I need to make my Ubuntu server (16.04) work as a router so I can give internet access from my primary NIC to my second configured NIC.
/etc/network/interfaces looks like this:
#This file describes the network interfaces available on your system #and how to activate them. For more information, see interfaces(5). source /etc/network/interfaces.d/* #The loopback network interface iface lo inet loopback lo iface lo inet loopback #The primary network interface auto enp2s0f0 iface enp2s0f0 inet dhcp auto enp2s0f1 iface enp2s0f1 inet static address 192.168.1.2 netmask 255.255.255.0 gateway 192.168.1.3
I want to give internet access from
enp2s0f1. I have tried almost every tutorial I can find on Google but nothing seems to be working.
