Se habilitó la bota aparentemente segura, que también es la razón por la cual La respuesta de Chili555 no funcionó. Entré en el BIOS y entró manualmente la bota segura. Después de esto todo fue arreglado!

 

Apparently Secure Boot was enabled, which is also why chili555's answer did not work. I entered the bios and manually turned Secure Boot off. After this everything was fixed!
